Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor / Professor / Professor of Practice in Business Analytics at Lloyd Business School located in Noida, India. The role involves teaching courses in business analytics, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to the development of the Business Analytics program at Lloyd Business School.
Qualifications
- PhD in Business Analytics, Data Science or over 10 years Industry experience in Analytics / Data Science.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching and research in Business Analytics or related fields,
- Strong record of academic publications in top-tier journals in Business Analytics, Data Science, IOT or related fields
- Expertise in programming (R, Python, SQL), Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain,Cloud Computing, Design Thinking, Understanding of tools like Cognos and SPSS Modeler and experience in the development of data analysis platforms (e.g. MATLAB, Python, SAS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and mentor students from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to participate in collaborative research and grant writing, with evidence of participation in multidisciplinary research teams

Lloyd Business School is looking for senior professionals who have an academic interest in teaching and research, to join us as a full time “Professor of Practice” The Professors of Practice must be leaders who remain current with the best practices and emerging technological trends in the development sector.
- The Professor of Practice would be expected to enrich the experience of students by bringing deep understanding and appreciation of the best practices as applied in real world settings.
- Additionally, s/he would help promote the integration of academic scholarship with the practical experience of professionals in a given field.
- S/he should serve as liaisons between industry/government and the institute in identifying teaching and research opportunities that support the public interest and societal needs.
