Our Corporate Connect Cell is dedicated to developing and maintaining close relationships with the corporate world to ensure that our students have a distinct advantage in obtaining stipendiary On-Job-trainings, Internships and Placements. CCC acts as an interface between the students, faculty and the corporate world to initiate continuous interaction with the industry, sharing industry experiences, and understanding the needs of the corporate world. In addition to execution of Placement drives, CCC also arranges Internships, Summer Training, Orientation programmes, Seminars by Industry Experts, Industrial Visits, Personality Development and Final Placements. CCC undertakes various academic and co-curricular activities to enhance the capability of students as per Industry requirements. CCC remains in constant touch for the benefits of current students

Role of Corporate Connect Cell:

The major functions of the Corporate Relations & Placement Committee includes

  • To organize Summer Internships, OJT’S and Final Placement process for students after deliberation with participating Recruiters and Lloyd Management.
  • To organize Guest Lectures by Industry Mentors and experts for students with the view of imparting the practical skills & industry wide trends.
  • To facilitate Live Projects and Corporate Competitions to keep students abreast with latest industry trends.
  • To conduct Mock Group Discussions & Personal Interviews for students which prepares them to face the interviews with confidence.

Summer Internships

  • An Integral Part of the curriculum, Summer Internships allow students to link theoretical knowledge that they gain through classroom teaching to practical processes utilized by various Industries and Sectors.
  • During the Internships, students are placed in organizations for a period of about 6-8 weeks, after the third trimester, on a specific assignment linked to their preferred areas of specialization. Students are placed for Summer Internship at Safexpress and its Client firms as well as with Manpower Consultants Pan India
  • Under the guidance of Project Guides from the Industry and with help from Faculty, students are expected to submit a report on the given assignment detailing their learning and its linkages with management education.
  • This report is evaluated as part of the Program requirements and allows students to add a practical dimension to their academic perspective that helps them get an idea about possible future careers paths.
  • Work & Learn Programme: On – Job – Training

  • Lloyd offers a unique Work & Learn Programme, which provides On-Job-Training for educating our students about skills, knowledge, and competencies needed for employees to succeed within a corporate set-up. During this 6-month Extensive Training Programme, also called WLP, students get ‘hands-on’ learning in a professional environment, wherein they learn to successfully apply acquired knowledge and skills in various organizations.. Through our Industry partners, Safexpress and Manpower Group, we have successfully provided WLPs to students of previous batches in eminent organizations and the process is underway for the current batch
  • Final Placements

  • The OJT is succeeded by the Final Placements when students are ready to start their career with great enthusiasm and learning that they have imbibed during their OJT period. We have been successful at for having our students placed in various Eminent Organizations that has allowed us as an institution to create a strong base for our students. Our students have been placed in companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Safexpress, JLL, Manpower Group.


The CCC also liaisons with the Corporate Mentors & Expert Faculty during the Personality Development Programme for the purpose of conducting workshops, management games and mock interviews for grooming the students. We at LLLOYD ensure that every student must hone various abilities which comprise of Public Speaking, Team Building, Interpersonal Skills, Presentations Skills, Time Management, Business Etiquettes an so on that eventually increase their career prospects. The students go through an extensive PDP at LLOYD that focuses on a holistic development of the students covering the needs of not just domestic market but global environment as well. The PDP aims to develop a student in the following areas

  • Aptitude Training (Quantitative/DI/ Reasoning)
