Lloyd Business School (LBS) has taken the initiative of establishing its flagship incubator – LLOYD TECHNOLOGY & BUSINESS INCUBATOR FOUNDATION (LTBIF) –and the present Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is an important step in the direction of co-incubation and creating a wholesome innovation ecosystem that promotes entrepreneurship and economic independence.

EZYLEGal and LTBIF are collaborating to contribute to society by jointly nurturing ideas, supporting innovation, and cultivating an entrepreneurial culture. Both organisations have pledged to strive toward building a wholesome and productive entrepreneurial ecosystem. The common points on which the two institutions have agreed are as follows:

• Collaboration on Legal Services for Startups: EzyLegal will provide affordable and accessible legal assistance to startups incubated by LTBIF, ensuring seamless legal processes for emerging entrepreneurs.
• Technology Integration and Innovation: Both parties will work together to leverage advanced technology to streamline legal services and support innovative solutions for startups, enhancing operational efficiency and user experience.
• Educational Workshops and Seminars: EzyLegal and LTBIF will jointly organize workshops and seminars on legal and business topics, aiming to educate and empower startups and entrepreneurs with the necessary legal knowledge and skills.
• Customized Legal Packages for Incubatees: EzyLegal will offer customized legal service packages tailored to the specific needs of LTBIF incubatees, addressing challenges such as finding appropriate lawyers and managing legal costs effectively.
• Research and Development Initiatives: Both organizations will collaborate on research and development projects to identify and address common legal challenges faced by startups, contributing to the continuous improvement of legal support services.
