The partnership will offer  Industry-based Training, Project-based Learning, Internship Programs, and Placement Opportunities, ensuring that students gain real-world experience and exposure to the dynamic needs of the professional world. In addition, students will benefit from knowledge sharing through guest lectures and credit-course delivery, expanding their learning horizons with insights from industry leaders.

The collaboration brings specific commitments for students, particularly those in the 2024-2026 batch, including internship opportunities that will provide them with hands-on experience in their chosen fields. The internship programs will span 45 days to two months during the first year, giving students an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real-world settings while being mentored by experts from Mahanadaya Universal Consultancy. Furthermore, selected interns will receive certifications, providing an additional edge in their professional journey. The training will focus on crucial skills, including data collection, data analysis, and the development of managerial skills, such as interpersonal skills, leadership qualities , communication skills, creative thinking, multi-tasking abilities, and decision-making capabilities. This comprehensive skill-building approach ensures that Lloyd students are not just academically sound but also professionally equipped to thrive in competitive job markets.
