With the intent to help the PGDM students/budding managers to upskill themselves in a techno-functional role which is the need of the hour we look forward to initiate an association with your organization which is technology oriented.

We propose to deploy a “HTD” model which is the Hire-Train-Deploy model, where in students of PGDM are exposed to training by Trident on skills which they can harness for a employable opportunity with your company.

The intent is to help develop resources customised for company requirements through a focused training approach to make them skill proficient and competent for industry roles reducing the gap the student takes to accommodate in to industry jobs and ascertain faster productivity at workplace.

Considering that the students from Management are an impetus for vibrant minds with energetic ideas, we at Lloyd have always believed that Industry 5.0 requires a skill set which is technologically oriented towards addressing dynamic markets for innovative solutions.

Setting the aforesaid as the backbone of liasoning Lloyd has eneterd in to a Industrial collaboration for Centre of Excellence in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for students of PGDM-BFSI and SCM .

The company would be providing training support and placement oppurtunities after the conclusion of the industrial training so that students can perform ERP skill set in their very 2nd year of PGDM in a niche skill set.
