serving as Vice President and Head of Aviation Services Business at
Delhi International Airport Ltd. With over 30 years of diverse
experience, he specializes in business strategy, product development,
and revenue growth initiatives. His career highlights include pivotal
roles at GMR Group, where he has led commercial cargo operations and
spearheaded business integration and strategy development. Dr. Sharma's
leadership is marked by a strong focus on enhancing customer value
through innovative solutions and driving profitability in the dynamic
aviation sector. He holds an MBA in Strategy from the Faculty of
Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a PhD in Project Risk
Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
