OBJECTIVE: The primary objective of this session is to equip our students with the basics of savings, investing, budgeting, risk and return trade off.

• To equip participants with foundational knowledge of personal finance and investing.
• Improving financial literacy & awareness.
• Helping them in taking an Informed financial decision & managing their personal finances

Money Lovers-Finance Club, Lloyd Business School organized an expert session on “An introduction to the world of investments- An Investor Awareness Initiative”, 9th October 2023 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at Seminar Hall, Ground Floor.

The guest speaker on this occasion was Ms. Neha Nene, Consultant and Trainer, NSE.

Dr. Shivani Kapoor, Director welcome the Guest with the Planter, Then Ms. Neha Nene gave a valuable talk to our students regarding the investment, saving, risk, mutual funds, tips to the early investors, budgeting rules and many more.

During the session many myths were also busted including Share Market and mutual funds and how can we get benefits from it. We can't rely on one source of income considering the uncertainty globally, so it's always better and safe to have different sets of income that can come handy in worse time and today's event touched upon this crucial issue as well.

Eminent guests was felicitated with mementos by Mr. Sachin Sinha, Assistant Professor.

Overall, it was an interactive event, everyone came out well informed about the financial concepts.

At the end it's worth to mention the effort of every club member, they played very vital role to make this event successful.
