  • Improving financial literacy & awareness

Purpose of the event:-

  • Students will open and use their own Demat Account.
  • They will understand stock trading and investment
  • Able to take their own financial decisions for long term

Detailed Report:-

Money lovers (Finance Club) of Lloyd Business School organized the Session-1 of the event “A Preliminary Guide to Personal Financial Management & “Trade-O-Logy” on the topic “Basics of Investing” by Prof. Sachin Sinha. The response received for the activity was an enriching and inspiring experience with more than 95 students and 5 faculty members. This activity was conducted in the seminar hall under the guidance of Money Lovers Coordinators. He has a vast experience in the field of Finance. During the session he discussed the saving, investment, risk, asset, asset allocation, return, diversification, equity shares, stock market and index funds. He also showed the power of compounding and how SIP can help us to become wealthy in the long run.
