Objectives:
- Promote Financial Awareness through Creativity – To
encourage students to express financial concepts in an engaging and entertaining
way using reels and memes.
- Enhance Digital Engagement in Finance – To leverage
social media platforms for spreading financial knowledge and making learning
more accessible.
- Encourage Team Collaboration and Innovation – To foster
teamwork and creative thinking by challenging participants to develop humorous
yet insightful finance-related content.
Detailed Report:
The Money Lover’s Club at Lloyd Business School put together Finance
Frenzy, a fun and creative online event all about finance. It was a
reel and meme-making contest where teams of two came up with funny yet insightful
finance content. They posted their creations on social media and tagged the
club’s official page. The whole idea was to make finance more engaging and
easier to understand through digital content.
Learning Outcomes:
- Improved Financial Literacy – Students will develop a better understanding
of financial concepts by simplifying them into relatable digital content.
- Enhanced Digital Communication Skills – Participants will learn how to
present complex finance topics in an engaging and easy-to-understand format
suitable for social media.
