Dr Neetu Bali Kamra, certified in design thinking from IBM, I currently am practicing a techno-functional role in the field of Management for Business 4.0 augmentation in imparting skills in Management domain. With the expertise of Human Resources Function, ERP SAP-HCM and BI tools like Qlik, Power BI and Tableau, and with the research skills from my Doctorate program, I aspire to contribute my knowledge in the areas of research and development and designing business solutions through qualitative and quantitative reasoning approach. With an experience of 18years in Industry and Academia I have been enabling organizations through projects, workshops, and training program for Industry with skills of analytics through design thinking . I am Empanelled with Delhi productivity Council (A Tripartite Autonomous Organization under Delhi Administration Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Affiliated to National Productivity Council) of Experts as Trainer, for Management Workshops for Industry. Also, Winner of Best Young Faculty Award at Skill Up 2021 for Data Analytics by Analytics India Magazine (AIM) these manifestations have been possible through use of design thinking through business analytics. A trained Propellor and Change Leader during my stint with TCS the exposure to people management development was very dominant in early days of my career. Also a SAP-ERP specialist in HRM have been closely associated with projects for redesigning their Human resource systems. I have been conducting workshops and trainings for creative skills development, design thinking & lateral thinking for corporates, students, and faculties for numerous Organizations in the past like Petronet, ICAI and many more.
