Ms. Nilakshi Goel Kapoor has around 12 years of
experience in academics
and training. She is
B.Tech in Information Technology from HPU and MBA in HR &
marketing from Amity Business
School. She has trained and counseled students of many professional
courses who are now
working successfully in corporate. With an aim of making students
placement-ready, she has
designed and implemented customized training modules for online/offline
sessions. She
believes that every student has some unique capabilities; if nurtured
rightly, he can discover
and rejoice the chosen path. Her area of interest includes research
related to academics,
Training & Development, skill enhancement & lifelong learning.
She is pursuing Ph.D in the area
of HR.
