Detailed Report

  • The program began with an overview of Outcome-Based Education, where participants were introduced to OBE and its significance in modern education. The
  • session covered the differences between traditional education models and OBE, highlighting the focus on measurable outcomes and student-centric learning.
  • Participants learned how to design curricula aligned with specific learning outcomes in this module. The session included practical exercises where faculty members identified key course outcomes and mapped them to course content, teaching strategies, and assessment methods. Participants were guided through creating clear, measurable, and achievable learning outcomes.
  • This session focused on the assessment techniques used in OBE to measure the achievement of learning outcomes. Participants explored various formative and summative assessment tools, including rubrics, peer assessments, and portfolio assessments.
