A campus visit was organized for Celebal Technologies on 25th May 2022. A session was conducted by Mr Sharthak Acharjee, Consultant HR, Talent Engagement and Growth, Celebal Technologies with students to share the organizational mission and growth perspective of Celebal in the field of analytics. Celebal Technologies has been our vital associate in the field of Advanced Analytics and IoT. Celebal Tech has helped resolve challenges with its creative solutions on the Azure data platform for which it is an acclaimed organization now.

The session with PGDM-Business Analytics students 2021-23, they addressed catered to the changing technology need requirements in the field of data analytics.

Some of the most valuable and important skills were discussed to increase the chances of landing a high payroll job in the Analytics industry which were:

• • Communication

Mr Sharthak Acharjee expressed the need for good communication skills for being able to speak and read the data. Communication skills play an important role in the analytics sector. Conveying technical details to a non-technical audience requires strong communication skills.

The session also addressed a variety of questions posed by the students who are soon going to join Celebal Technologies for a Summer Internship.

The past Alumnus, working at Celebal namely Deepak, Qainat, and Mohnish Sharma (PGDM BA-2020 BATCH) also visited the campus with the team which was a great sense of honor for Lloyd. The students expressed their learnings and growth cycle with Celebal Technologies.

The session concluded with the Director, Lloyd Businaddressed, Prof (Dr.) Ashok Tiwari addressing the Vote of Thanks and very encouraging words of motivation for the students In all, it was a great day for learning and sharing experiences in the analytics domain.
