OBJECTIVE:
The objective of Role Play and Group Discussion is to develop a wide range of essential skills for future management professionals. Both methods are designed to enhance communication abilities, with role play allowing students to practice verbal and non-verbal communication in various business scenarios, and group discussions requiring students to articulate their thoughts clearly and listen actively to others. This dual approach fosters effective communication skills critical in any managerial role. Role play enables students to take on different roles and perspectives, fostering empathy and improving their ability to relate to others. Group discussions expose students to diverse opinions, helping them become more open-minded and tolerant of differing viewpoints. Both methods help students develop the ability to understand and respect others' perspectives, an essential skill in management.

Total of 8 Teams with 5 members each were formed for Group Discussion with topics like social media: A Boon or a Bane, Equal pay and Equal leave for men and women, Technology addiction in youth, Will odd/even system lower air pollution, and The voting age should be lower to 16.

For Role Play, Real World scenarios were given to 11Teams with 2 members each. Scenarios like How to deal with an angry customer for having issues in a product brought by him, Media interview about recent event or product launch, a conflict issue by an employee as a product head, convince a banker to give loan for start-up.
