Mr. Shubham Aggarwal is a faculty of Marketing, Strategy and Economics and Area Chairperson for Economics and Business Policy at Lloyd Business School. He has over 5 years of Academic and Industry Experience. He holds an Economics degree from Delhi University and PGDM in Marketing from BIMTECH. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD in Strategic Management from Gautam Buddha University. He is a certified Business Analyst from International Institute of Business Analyst (IIBA), Canada. Prior to Lloyd, he was associated with HDFC Limited as Credit Manager. He has also worked with companies like Evalueserve, Binsar Farms. Mr. Aggarwal is a Research Scholar and has published in various Acclaimed National & International journals indexed by SCOPUS and IGI global, amongst them one of them has received golden binding from the journal of University of Delhi, the other one is on initiative by Govt. of India- “Smart City Mission” which got published as a Chapter in a book by Bloomsbury Publication. He has keen interest in writing and has won the State Level Essay writing competition in Hindi organized by SRCM and United Nations Information Centre for India and Bhutan (UNIC) which is to be published on YouTube Channel of IC Productions.

He believes that “Marketing is not the art of finding clever ways to dispose of what you make. It is the art of creating genuine customer value”
