Ms. Parul Tripathi has over a decade of experience in management teaching, research and administration in some of the most highly reputed institutions across India. With an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing, as well as, a Master’s degree in Sociology, she is a dedicated academician with a focus on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. This diverse educational background enables her to provide unique perspectives in both research and teaching. As a diligent researcher, she is actively pursuing her PhD from Aligarh Muslim University. She takes pride in her ability to adapt to various work environments and inspire colleagues to reach their full potential.
