She has over 18+ years of experience in Soft Skill training, Interview preparation, Counselling, Styling, Presentation,
Team Building, Resilience, and Communication Skills. She is also a coach on Grooming, Personality Development, Motivation,
Team Building, Relationship Management, Conflict Management, Self-esteem, Goal Achievement, and Business Communication Skills.
Shalini has designed, developed, and delivered many customized training programs for various audiences from the Corporate and
Education Sectors. She is committed to making the students “Industry Ready”. Her flagship program is “Employability Skills”
for students about to start their professional journey. She is also involved in conducting training programs for faculty of
the university and the corporate houses as her passion for training. Shalini has experience working with marquee brands from
various industries. Her key expertise lies in innovative training techniques, designing industry-aligned curricula, and
business communication.
Shalini holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Customer Relationship Management) from Symbiosis and is certified
in MOOCs focusing on Personality Traits. She is also Coursera-certified in "Mind Shift: Overcoming Obstacles to Learning
and Discovering Hidden Potential." Additionally, she is a certified NLP Trainer and Master Trainer for the International
Advanced Diploma in TEFL/TESOL programs. Currently, Shalini is pursuing her Master’s in English.
Professionally, she serves as a Senior Corporate Trainer with the Lloyd Educational Group of Colleges, leveraging her
extensive experience and certifications to deliver impactful training sessions.
On the personal front, Shalini is the wife of an ex-Army officer and a proud mother
of two grown-up daughters. She enjoys a variety of passions, including watching movies,
spending time with her dogs, swimming, gardening, cooking, and practicing Pilates, which
add vibrancy and balance to her life.
