Working in a Company like IOCL as an HR intern is in itself a big deal. Although it was working from home, we got a chance to visit the office once, and then we were assigned with our work. The guidance that I got from my mentor helped me in completing my project work as it was expected to be. The weekly task assigned helped in gaining the extra knowledge and time discipline. Overall it was a great opportunity and I had a great time working with IOCL which is a Navratna Company. The exposure to processes was immense. It was a great learning experience at Indian Oil Corporation Limited. My mentor was Mr. BrajeshJha(L&D). My project was to study the impact of Emotional Intelligence on the growth of employees, which was a very recent subject of discussion in Industry today. I was able to learn how training programs result in the development of employees and the quantitative measurements to study HR metrics. My manager was very helpful and he guided me in every step of my Internship. I am thankful to Lloyd that I had such a great opportunity working with IOCL in HR.

MBA program in various specializations can open up a plethora of job opportunities for students. I highly recommend this course. With respect to previous batches there were 100% placements of students who faced interviews. The highest package last year was 10 Lacs while average is about 5 Lacs. All the students provided with internship. Lloyd Business School has wi-fi facility and classroom strength is appropriate. Library is vast and ample amount of books. Faculty are Ph.D. holders, delivery of lecture as well as making students understand every concept thoroughly. The focus is academic as well as overall development of the students.
