What is the difference between PGDM and MBA?

The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a programme that can be pursued by students after their Bachelors/Graduation. The feature that makes PGDM unique is the orientation with which the course is taught which is totally application based and Industry-Integrated rather than theoretical in nature. The exposure & interaction with the Industry is necessarily high and extensive. Whereas MBA programme focusses more on theoretical understanding of the concepts with limited Industry exposure. The PGDM is a diploma while as MBA is a degree course.

OJT is an acronym for On the Job Training offered by Lloyd Business School in collaboration with their various Industry Partners. The OJT is undertaken by students in their 2nd Year at an eminent organization where they take the hands-on experience of the operationality of the corporate.

What is the maximum duration of the OJT?

The minimum period for OJT is 3 months and can extend upto 9 months depending upon the desirability of the student & the organization.
