This program envisions creating industry-ready HR professionals of high calibre, to address a growing gap in the availability of HR talent who are capable of growing into strategic business partners. These industry giants help the institute in designing their course and curriculum in such a way that it meets the skill demand of the industry. They also provide 40 days internships & a six month On-Job Training to the PGDM HR students of Lloyd Business School.
